I always return for the impeccable service and comfort. The staff resolved my tech issue swiftly on my first stay. The hotel has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, and secure parking. I'll be back for the upcoming weekend.

Here was a luxurious hotel with exceptional amenities and services. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a stunning view. the staff was friendly, professional and dedicated. the location was very convenient and accessible to public transport, making it easy to visit the significant spots. the restaurant offered fantastic food with beautiful scenic views. the buffet breakfast was superb and served with many options to select from. private facilities, such as a jacuzzi and leisure/TV room, were remarkably exclusive.

The only minor problem was the inconsistent housekeeping service where there were days the staff provided extra drinks and days they didn't replace them.

A really good stay on my next visit with great location and rooms.

the place was cozy and chic and the staff were polite, the location was perfect near the tram station 1min walk. i truly enjoyed that the room was lovely with balcony. excellent service during my really great stay.

This hotel has a perfect location, making it a great choice for sightseeing. It is near all the major attractions in the area and right on the tram line direct to Besiktas. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast has a good variation of options. The staff are extremely polite, and the cleaning service is efficient.

The traffic noise can be heard in the rooms, and the soundproofing could be improved.

Staff were pleasant and helpful and the room was cozy, best possible location close to a tram stop. I liked the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant served lots of meals for breakfast. Perfect breakfast, perfect services. I had a really lovely stay at this contemporary hotel.

The breakfast had a amazing view of the Bosphorus strait, and the bathroom was super clean. Despite a small issue with the shower door, the staff was attentive, and the location was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near public transportation and Carrefour mini for supplies. Room was clean, comfortable and came with complimentary toiletries & earbuds. The staff were very accommodating and arranged for a PCR test and airport transfer. Enjoyable restaurant with wonderful view. Highly recommended for a stress-free stay.

Slept in the twin room-it was a fortress against the city buzz, and my sleep was guarded by soundproofing. I drifted into dreams undisturbed.

Our family had an amazing time at the rooftop restaurant, enjoying the stunning Bosphorus view and indulging in a variety of delicious dishes. The staff made us feel truly welcome and ensured our children were entertained while we relaxed and enjoyed the serene atmosphere.

My wife says that the elevator situation, at times, was a bit challenging for families with children.

The hotel had a great location with fine views of the river. The breakfast was tasty and varied, and the hotel rooms were clean.

Some of the staff were rude and constantly begged for tips. The lighting in the hotel was weak and annoying as decorations.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the center of the city. It was in close vicinity to all attractions and the tram station which goes to the old city. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing and my room was cleaned every day.

I stayed for a week with my family and everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and they all spoke excellent English. The room was beautiful, with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. The hotel's location was ideal, with a tram station right next to it and Taksim Square just a short walk away. The restaurant on the top floor was a great place to relax and enjoy the evenings. I was recommended this hotel, and now I know why - I will definitely recommend it to others too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was cozy and had a comfortable bed with premium bedding, perfect for a good night's sleep after a night out in the city. The city view from the room was stunning and added to the whole experience.

Personally, I wished the Junior Suites had a balcony, but that's just me.
